In this digital age, content is no longer the king. It is, in fact, the whole kingdom.

Content as a subject is like an ocean, comprising different content types, each having its unique purpose.

Now when it comes to the life of a freelance content writer, learning and upgrading your skills is a way of life.

The way you consume this information is decisive because even though you’ll find everything available online, it’s not systematic.

What you need is a detailed program to help you guide your journey.

That’s where Sanjay Shenoy’s HIIT Content program enters the scene.

I joined this program to solve my itch.

This blog post is an anecdote of my experience in the first batch of the HIIT Content program by Sanjay Shenoy.

Without further ado, let’s dive right in.

What is the HIIT Content Program?

The HIIT Content is a 10-week live practical training program by Sanjay Shenoy where you learn to write ten different types of content, with a new content type every week, for ten weeks.

This high-intensity incentivized training is one of its kind as it is designed on the idea of the application. It’s not your regular self-paced DIY program, where you learn at your will.

What is HIIT Content

HIIT Content incentivizes you to take action. You receive cashback for completing your assignments.

Now before we go ahead, a little something about the mentor, Sanjay Shenoy.

About Sanjay Shenoy

Sanjay Shenoy is one of the most trusted names in the SEO Content Marketing space in India.

Having started his digital marketing journey at the age of 19, Sanjay has built a solid reputation in the industry over the years. He has worked with some of the best start-ups in the country and is a co-founder of PixelTrack.

Sanjay has trained more than 10,000 students in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content marketing in the last three years.

Sanjay’s program aims to help beginners understand the subject, so they are industry-ready.

His approach will teach you how to manage your way through these changes over time – even if you’re already an expert!

I’m a big fan of Sanjay’s and have attended all of his programs in the past. And because he is so good, I’ll keep coming for more.

Oh, and he’s a charming personality, one of those who give these positive vibes.

Next up, let’s take a look at what you will learn after you enroll in the HIIT Content program.

HIIT Content Curriculum

The HIIT Content is a 10-week live program where a new content type is discussed every week.

It is important to note that the order of the content types may not be the same as listed below.

Following are the 10 content types covered in the curriculum:

1. Listicle

One of the most popular content types made famous by BuzzSumo, Sanjay discusses how to write a perfect listicle by sharing a step-by-step guide.

Listicles are articles written in a list-based format. Coincidentally, this section of the HIIT Content review is also a listicle.

And who doesn’t love a listicle? They are easy to read, easy to write, and bring order.

2. Landing Page Copy (Long Form)

This week covers writing a Landing page copy by using a persuasive form of writing to take action.

It is one of my favorite weeks of the program. Sanjay shares the format and the different components of a long-form copy which makes it work and ensures action.

This week alone is easily worth the price of admission.

3. Review/Comparison Articles

This week covers all about the importance of reviews and how to write a helpful review article.

Everybody checks out reviews before buying anything. You are reading this blog post review of the HIIT Content program because you are interested in enrolling, aren’t you?

4. Pillar Content

This week covers the topic of writing long-form detailed pillar content or cornerstone event.

Sanjay explains the opportunity a pillar content offers as it covers everything about a broad topic.

For instance, in a broad topic like digital marketing, you can talk about its components, including content marketing, paid ads, email marketing, etc. This would make the detailed digital marketing blog post a pillar content.

5. How-To Guides

People use the internet to learn how to do something, kind of like manuals.

This week discusses how to write these guides for your audience. The simple they are, the better the value they provide.

6. Case Study

This week, Sanjay talks about one of the most underutilized copywriting forms.

A case study is a success story, evidence, or any positive results your customer experienced after using your product or service.

Sanjay shares his format to create a persuasive case study for your audience.

7. Email Sequence

This week, Sanjay shares the framework for building a relationship with your audience with a 5-part email sequence.

It’s all about building a relationship. Value galore!

8. Social Media Content

In this week’s session, Sanjay discusses social media content and what is not social media content.

He shares a framework to create content for your social media the right way.

9. Educational Content

In the penultimate week, Sanjay discusses how to woo your audience by sharing content that educates them.

This week discovers the importance of writing content that answers the ‘What’ and ‘Why’ sides of a topic.

10. Interview

Last but not least.

This is one of the most accessible content types of the lot, as you don’t have to create content. All you need to do is interview people, and they’ll provide the content.

That being said, the tricky bit is transcribing the conversation if you recorded a video. It’ll be a walk in the park if you have a transcribing tool.

Sanjay shares how to format and repurpose the interview.

Apart from these 10 content weeks, you also have an orientation and graduation week. So, consider this program as a 12-week program.

While the above was the curriculum for the first batch of the program, it may not be the same in the future.

Sanjay might decide to include or exclude a particular content type based on its relevance. For instance, the content types, Industry news, and Checklist/Cheatsheet were a part of the curriculum earlier but were replaced by Social Media content and Email Marketing content.

A little fun fact about this program: The HIIT content program was earlier known by HIIT Blogging but was renamed later, as all the topics covered in the curriculum were not related to blogging.

Why join HIIT Content program?

If you’re wondering why you need to join this program, I found a few reasons that might justify the same. These are:

1. HIIT Content Assignment

The beautiful thing about the HIIT Content Program is that it’s based on the idea of execution. You implement whatever you learn.

For every content type, you need to complete an assignment for that week.

At the end of every lesson, Sanjay shares an assignment to be completed before the deadline.

You get around six full days to submit the same. So, if the new session happens on Thursday evening, the deadline for the assignment is at midnight on Wednesday, the following week.

These assignments require you to complete a set of tasks as mentioned. Mostly, you’ll be asked to write a minimum of 1000 words and 20 headlines for every assignment. Easy, right?

It is essential to finish these assignments within time to be eligible for cashback.

The assignment is submitted through a link shared by Sanjay. Upon submission, you will get a confirmation of the same in your email.

Completing all the assignments will ensure that your proficiency goes up. Moreover, you’ll have somewhat of a portfolio at your disposal.

2. Cashback

The beauty of the HIIT Content program is that you are not only are you incentivized to take action, but you will also learn how to write 10 different kinds of blog posts along the way.

HIIT Content Cashback

For every assignment you complete, you are eligible for a cashback of ₹ 500.

So, if you complete all the assignments over the 10 weeks, you are eligible for a cashback worth ₹5,000.

There’s your incentive.

3. Bonuses for the HIIT Content program

After you enrol, you get access to lots of cool free stuff. These include:

  • Headline Swipe File With over 120 Proven Headlines worth ₹ 5,000
  • Pre-Recorded Content Marketing Mastery Course with over 50 Videos worth ₹ 10,000

  • Pre-Recorded Weekend Blogging Workshop worth ₹ 5,250
  • Private HIIT Content WhatsApp Group
  • A Chance to Be a Part of Pepper Content – India’s Largest Freelancing Platform for Content Creators.

4. Weekly Assignment Evaluation

Every week, Sanjay dedicates the first 40-45 minutes to a few selected assignments (3-4) from the previous week and evaluates them live on the webinar.

This is where Sanjay takes a deep dive, points out any shortcomings, and suggests improvements on the same for the future.

This is brilliant as you get to learn from other’s mistakes.

That being said, Sanjay always indulges in constructive criticism of the highest order, and it is in no way derogatory for the person whose assignment is being discussed.

His idea is clear. We are all learning here.

5. HIIT Content program certification

If you successfully finish 8 out of 10 assignments, you’ll be eligible for a Blockchain Verified Digital Certificate.

6. Zero Risk

There is no risk in purchasing this program.

Sanjay offers a 100% money-back guarantee if you don’t like the HIIT Content program. He suggests you try the whole program and finish at least 8 assignments, and if you still don’t like the program, you can avail a refund.

Trust me; you won’t be needing it.

Who is the HIIT Content program for?

The HIIT Content program is perfect for beginners as Sanjay explains everything from the very basics; all you need is the willingness to learn. Oh, and most importantly, taking action.

This program is for those who wish to make content work for them, making their lives better.

For the benefit of those who have already attended HIIT SEO by Sanjay Shenoy, the next section is for you.

What to expect of HIIT Content if you were a part of the HIIT SEO program?

If you have been a part of the HIIT SEO program by Sanjay, you know what you get when you enroll in Sanjay’s program; top quality.

Check out my review for Sanjay’s live SEO program, if you haven’t already.

In comparison to the HIIT SEO program, the HIIT Content program is less intense.

Where the assignments for the former were humongous, thereby more intense, that is not the case for HIIT Content.

If I were to drop some metaphors, I’d say where HIIT SEO was a sprint every week, whereas the HIIT Content program is more of a marathon with milestones.

Nonetheless, it is an excellent program for those who wish to improve their content inventory by acquiring new skills for different content types.

Personal view on the HIIT Content Program

The game has changed in the last decade. Content is now the core of everything; its power is unparalleled.

But creating content can be overwhelming even more if you don’t know the principles behind them. And yes, the framework involved is a combination of art and science.

Though one can argue that they can learn all these things on YouTube or other platforms, but the truth is that you need a systematic approach. And that is where the HIIT Content program enters the scene.

HIIT Content program by Sanjay Shenoy gives you a step-by-step framework for writing content. When you have the formats, everything becomes easy. It’s as simple as filling in the content in the spaces.

Another thing that ensures the success of this program is that it is not self-paced as other programs. You have to apply what you learn, and in return, you are incentivized for the same.

It is simply an action-oriented program.

Moreover, you end up improving your writing skills. So, win-win.

During the duration of the program, I ended up writing close to 25000 words. It was fun.
